   I have lived in Austin since 1976, and my knowledge of Austin neighborhoods is extensive. I have established and maintained excellent working relationships with independent contractors in all areas pertinent to repair, maintenance, 'make-readys' and remodeling.

   Not only can I identify rental property that will cash flow for you, I can also fill your new investment property with tenants, and manage it for you! I have owned a leasing and management company for 20 years!

   Another niche I am able to apply my experience to is identifying potential flip project houses. I have successfully completed 2 flips of my own, and am currently in the finishing stages of a remodel which was documented and aired as an episode on The Learning Channel's highly rated "FLIP THAT HOUSE".

   I have slected flip project houses for several buyers, and then resold the remodeled house for the targeted price.
